This is an original WW2 envelope (cover size 6.5" by 3.5") dated February 19, 1945. The envelop was sent by 2nd Lt. John M. Worthman to the Ohio State University. Nevertheless the envelope being sealed it contains nothing.
The address the envelope was sent from was APO #83. Which according to "Geographic Locations of U.S. APOs 1941-1978" by James Shaffer, was in Noblon, Belgium on this date.
